Terms & Conditions
- No concrete, clean fill, dirt or gravel (aggregates) in garbage dumpsters. Household waste and construction debris only.
- You cannot load more than 5 Metric tons, or will result in refusal to haul and will be subject to a trip charge.
- You cannot move the dumpster without authorization from 613Bins.
- You accept all responsibility of the dumpster, and its condition during the rental term. Any damages from abnormal use will be charged to the customer.
- 613Bins is not responsible for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, interlock or landscaping.
- No burning in or near the dumpster.
- No overloading past the top of the dumpster. Overloading will result in refusal to haul and will be subject to a trip charge.
- Dumpster doors must be properly latched. If they aren’t, you will be subject to a trip charge.
- Blocked or obstructed dumpsters will be subject to trip charge.
- No hazardous or liquid waste.
- We have the right to refuse any unsafe or dangerous conditions.
